Commitment & Requirements:
Attendance & Reflections: All interns are required to attend the 25-minute live Zoom class or watch the on-demand video within 24 hours and complete the daily reflection assignment. Interns who do not uphold these requirements will lose access to classes until they recommit to the program.
Daily Commitment: Complete your daily reflection assignments Monday through Saturday (approximately 25 minutes daily).
Tuition Fees: All active members of FHC can take these classes for free. We receive an offering at each class, and non-FHC members are encouraged to contribute. Please note that a monthly tuition fee of $139 will be introduced in the future.
Monday – Saturday: Watch at least 20 minutes of daily teaching (live or on-demand) and complete your daily reflection assignment (approx. 25 minutes total daily).
